Ok Peeg, God of the Art World... explain the process to us poor peons.
It's actually Multiliner with Lipstick Red, Violet and Grey Copics and some white and yellow acrylics, painted rather wet, for the highlights.
Ooooh I LOVE them (You ART GOD you!)... and with three grandsons I NEED to do this! Do you think you can spray them with a sealer?
The acrylics would be permanent, but for the copics you might want to. If you're using one for your copics, you could probably use the same.
I forgot to add that there is also a little lite blue (blue and white acrylics) in the background and in the 'gear' on the insole side. The contrast helps the red 'pop' better.
SO MUCH WANT.
